We’re looking for a Software Engineer to work on the core platform that powers our AI-assisted engineering and deployment workflows.
This role spans three tightly connected areas:
- System modeling and ontology (how we represent complex industrial systems)
- AI-assisted engineering workflows (how changes are proposed and reasoned about)
- Change management and deployment infrastructure (how changes are validated, tracked, and rolled out safely)
You’ll help build the backend systems that allow AI to operate on complex industrial systems in a constrained, deterministic, and auditable way.
Required skillset:
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals
- Comfort operating in complex, poorly documented domains
- Sound instincts around correctness, safety, and failure modes
- Willingness to move fast, iterate, and own problems end-to-end
Strong Plus:
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered or AI-assisted systems
- Familiarity with semantic models, graph-like representations, or complex data relationships
- Exposure to change management, deployment workflows, or DevOps-style systems
What Matters Most
- Intellectual horsepower: you can quickly understand unfamiliar systems and reason through hard problems
- Problem-solving ability: you break ambiguous problems into tractable pieces and drive them to completion
- Speed + discipline: you move fast without being reckless
- Work ethic: you take ownership and push through complexity
- Creativity: you can see unconventional solutions where others see constraints
